DISTRICT OFFICE INFORMATION
The office the Superintendent is located at Franklin Street United Methodist Church, in the City of Johnstown. New office hours, beginning on Tuesday, September 2nd will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Stacey Devlin is our District Secretary.

Parking is available at the Elks parking lot next to the church located on Locust Street. Space #29 in the middle of the lot is designated for Johnstown District Office visitors. To access the office of the Superintendent, ring the bell at the Locust Street door to Franklin Street Church, proceed up the stairs, turning right at the top of the steps.

Friday is the scheduled day off for the Superintendent. You may leave messages with Stacey if your call is a non-emergency. If you call after hours, please leave your message on the answering machine. Chuck will check the machine daily. You may call the parsonage on Fridays and leave a message, as well. If you have an emergency, or need to speak with Chuck about a critical matter, he can be reached by cell phone at (814) 341-2088.
